  Order Status and Tracking

You can check your order status and track your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order Status/Tracking" link. To track a shipment, use the tracking number provided on this page.

  Edit Billing / Shipping Information

You can edit your billing or shipping information by clicking on the "Edit Billing/Shipping Information" link, update the information by filling in the appropriate fields on the page, and the clicking the "update" button at the bottom of the page.

  Change Your Password

Changing your password is simple. Simply log into your account and click on the "Change Password" link. You will be asked to enter your old and new passwords for the password change to be in effect.

  Order Cancellation

Order cancellation can be done online by going to "My Account" (by clicking the "My Account" link on the top of any page) and clicking on "Order Status / Tracking." Orders that are still able to be cancelled will have a "Cancel" button located beneath the order number. Most orders in the "Processing" stage can be cancelled. Exceptions occur when processing is in fact complete but order status has not yet been updated on the website. Orders beyond the processing stage cannot be cancelled.

Please Note! Individual items cannot be cancelled from an order. If any part of your order is incorrect, you will need to cancel the order and place it again.

Can I cancel a backordered item?

If an item in your order is unexpectedly backordered, you will have an opportunity to cancel it if it has not been shipped. We will send you an email informing you of the backordered item(s) and estimated arrival time if it is available.

Please Note! Backordered items are charged to your credit card at the same time as the rest of your order. If you decide to cancel the backordered item, we will credit your charge account. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for credit card processing.

Will a charge show up on my credit card?

If an order is cancelled, a charge will not show up on your credit card statement. A pending charge will exist temporarily, but this will automatically disappear after a day or two (as determined by your credit card company).

Automatic Cancellation

Please Note! ! If an order is outstanding for more than 2 weeks, we will automatically cancel it and inform you via email. In addition, Wrapables reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including protecting our customers and Wrapables against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by customers. Wrapables reserves the right to request additional information for order processing purposes as necessary.

  Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you buy from Wrapables.com! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase and must be in its original condition and packaging. Opened, used, or washed items cannot be accepted for return. Bedding & pillow are packaged in a clear plastic package so it is easy to see the colors and design through the packaging. They are packaged very tightly by the manufacturers and cannot be re-packaged properly once they are taken out of the packaging. Please note that any Bedding or Pillow products returned will incur a 15% restocking fee.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Wrapables must accompany all returns. To request for a return, please simply send us a return request by accessing your account. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are returning due to damage, defect or an incorrect product, a prepaid return label will be provided. For your security, please ship your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Wrapables is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box and return the item in its original packaging to:
