Outdoor Furniture Return Policies and Warranties

  Product Returns & Restocking Policy


  • Wrapables is committed to excellence in service and delivering quality products. We will gladly accept all exchanges or returns due to product damage, defect, and warranty issues.
  • Please refer to the proper warranty information below for your purchase:

    Three Birds 10-Year Limited Product Warranty


  • Items returned for reasons not detailed in the Product Warranty will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • All items should be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Customer will be responsible for all return freight charges.


  • All orders that are shipped to customers must be opened within 5 days. If packages are not opened within 5 days and damages reported to Wrapables, claims for damaged goods will not be honored.
  • We strongly recommend that all end user customers thoroughly inspect delivery for disturbances in packing and concealed damage. If identified, customers should document this for the shipping agency. If customers do not take these measures Wrapables reserves the right to not honor damaged goods claims.
  • NOTE: This 5 day policy is a required by our shipping agencies for Wrapables to receive compensation for damaged goods claims.


  • We work diligently to fill all in-stock orders within 72 hours. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but customers are welcome to return it in accordance with our return and restocking policy.
  Damage/Claim Information

Please follow the guidelines below to submit your claim for damages and defects. The form can be accessed here.

  • Teakwood will weather naturally over time have some "checking" or hairline cracks that are not considered to be damage or a manufacturing defect.
  • When Teakwood is left outside and starts to weather, it will start to turn a silver-gray color. The grain on the tops of the legs and arms may start to check (or lift) also. This is due to the fact that wood will contract and expand with changes in the weather just like all other woods. Both of these changes are a natural part of the weathering process and in no way are harmful or damaging to the product. Over time the grain will even out and revert back to a smooth finish.
  • If any product is damaged or defective in other ways then mentioned above, a Damage/Defect Formwill need to be filled out and faxed back to Wrapables at 1-510-739-0500, attn: RMA.
  • The Damage/Defect Formneeds to be completed and approved by Wrapables before any item is returned. Items returned without approval will be refused and the sender will pay all shipping costs associated.
  • When receiving any shipment or delivery of any products, please check the packing slip to confirm that all items on the list are included with the shipment. Also, please examine the boxes to make sure there is no damage to any of the products. If there is visible damage, please note this on the Bill of Lading and refuse the damaged item.
  • When assembling items, please make sure that all the parts are present. If there are parts missing, or are damaged, please fill out a Damage/Defect Form. We will send out replacement parts within 5-10 days if the items are in stock. If the items are out of stock it will be 10-14 weeks for the replacement part to arrive.
  • Please give our Claims Department 5-7 business days to process a "Damage/Defect" report at which point we will contact the party that filled out the form by fax as a confirmation.
  Three Birds LLC Limited Warranty
  • Three Birds LLC warrants the original consumer purchaser that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase by the consumer customer. If the product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during this warranty period, Three Birds LLC will repair or replace, at its option, the product part that is in question free of charge. The word "defects", as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections, which impair the utility of the product.
  • The warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture and/or furniture components, or the furniture is defective. Three Birds LLC will either provide replacement furniture/parts or otherwise repair the furniture at no cost to the customer. In the event of piece replacement, no assembly labor is included. Should an item not be repaired to the customer's satisfaction, a replacement part or piece will be furnished at Three Bird's expense. In the event that a customer alleges a defect, Three Birds LLC requires that a photo of the defect be sent to determine the nature and extent of the defect.   • The limited warranty, as set forth above constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the original consumer purchaser with respect to any defective Three Birds product and is in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities of Three Birds LLC and Wrapables. In no event shall neither Three Birds LLC nor Wrapables be responsible for any cost of procurement of substitute goods, lost profits, or any incidental, consequential, and/or special damages of any kind resulting from a breach of any applicable express of implied warranty, breach of obligation arising from a breach of warranty, or otherwise with respect to the manufacture and sale of any Three Birds LLC products, whether or not Three Birds LLC or Wrapables has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  • This warranty applies under the conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, negligence, misuse, abuse, acts of nature, including but not limited to, wind damage, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire, monsoons, typhoons, cyclones, or any other event that is based on natural causes, service or modification, or by any other cause unrelated to defective materials or workmanship, or other conditions beyond Three Birds' control.
  • Except of the express Limited Warranty set forth above, neither Three Birds LLC nor Wrapables makes no other warranties, whether expressed or implied. All implied warranties including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of the express warranty as stated above.
  • The provisions of the foregoing Limited Warranty are valid in the United States only, and this Limited Warranty is void if the purchaser resides or does business, and/or if delivery is made outside the contiguous boundaries of the United States of America.
