Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, GU, VI or PR addresses. We only ship to addresses in the fifty US states at this time.

Other items might be subject to a surcharge, usually for oversized items, and the exact charges for such will appear in the Product Detail/Shopping Cart pages and added to the shipping cost before purchase.


  Payment Options
 

Credit Cards

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

By paying with a Credit Card, you authorize Wrapables to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping and any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed.

PayPal

We now accept PayPal as a form of payment. You can log into your PayPal account directly after you login to pay through your PayPal account. It's fast, easy and secure.

Electronic Checks

A minimum purchase amount of $250 is required for all electronic checks. Payments will be made through your checking account. Please allow 5 business days for processing, from the day the order is submitted.

Checks

We currently accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal and company checks. After you place your order, print out the confirmation page and mail that page along with a check to:

Please allow 5-10 business days for check processing after receipt. Please note that checks issued outside of California may require longer processing time.

Wire Transfers

After placing your order, please contact a Customer Service Rep at 877.411.9600 with your order number to obtain the bank information to make your transfer. Wire transfers are released for shipment upon verification from our bank. Product availability may be affected by this delay. Please remember indicate your Order Number on your payment to ensure prompt and accurate application of payment.

Gift Certificates

To use the gift certificate, simply enter the unique gift certificate code (which was sent to the recipient via email) in the box marked "certificate code" under Payment Method on your order page, then click on the "apply" button and you will see the updated balance of your order.

Please note! Our order page will not display any remaining balance for your gift certificates for security reasons. You can check the balance of your gift certificates by logging into your account, and clicking on the "Gift Certificate Balance" link. For security reasons, only the recipient of the gift certificate may check the balance of the certificate, and the gift certificate codes will not be displayed on the screen. Therefore, please keep your original gift certificate email so that you may retrieve the gift certificate code for purchases.


  Promotion and Discount Codes
 

Various promotions and discounts may be offered from time to time through various means, such as mailers or other means of advertising. Please remember to use the discount codes or participate in the promotions before the promotion ends.



  Resellers
 

If you're a reseller, you can avoid sales tax by sending us your Reseller Certificate as well as a legible copy of your reseller permit immediately after placing your order. Documents can be sent via fax (510-360-9615), attention Dept. A or via e-mail service@wrapables.com. Please be sure to include your order number.

In addition, to avoid having to re-submit your certificate and permit in the future, be sure to log into the same account each time you shop with us.

  Sales Tax
 

8.75% for Alameda County and 7.25% for any other cities/counties in California.



  Real Time Inventory
 

All inventories are real time. When a product goes out of stock a "Backorder" button will show up in place of the "Add to Cart" button. In addition, an estimated time of arrival may be posted. The timeframe denotes when we estimate the product to be back in stock. Until the product is back in stock and the "Add to Cart" button reposted, the item cannot be ordered. The Stock Alert service is available to inform you when an item may be back in stock for purchase. Basically, when a product is backordered, Wrapables gives customers the option to receive email alerts when the item is back in stock. As we do not accept prepayments on backordered items, sign-up for the Stock Alert so that you can buy the item when it's back in stock!


  Order Status Terminology
 

When you check the status of your order in your "Account", you'll see one of four terms listed. Here is an explanation of what those terms mean.

PROCESSING
Processing your order involves verifying your account information and authorizing your credit card. Most orders at this stage can still be cancelled. Exceptions occur when processing is in fact complete, but order status has not yet been updated on the website.

Please be aware that most orders require 1 business day processing time and are shipped out the following day (weekdays only).

PACKED
The packing stage is an indication that your order will be shipping soon or may have already been shipped. You can expect a tracking number at the end of the day via email.

Please Note! Orders at this status CANNOT be cancelled unless the item is on backorder. Click here for more information on Backorders.

SHIPPED
Your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided shortly, if it has not been already. In the "My Account" section you can use your tracking number(s) to find out where your package is, and how soon to expect it.

CANCELLED
The likely reason you would see this order status term is because you requested that we cancel your order. If we email you regarding a problem with your order, but do not hear back from you within 2 weeks, we will also cancel the order.

Please Note! Wrapables reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including protecting our customers and Wrapables against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by customers. Wrapables reserves the right to request additional information for order processing purposes as necessary.


  Order Confirmation and Receipt
 

After clicking the "Submit Order" button on the final page of checkout, you will automatically be taken to a page summarizing your order. You may print out that page as a receipt. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order within one hour of placing the order.

You may also view a summary of any previous order by logging in and then clicking "My Account" on the top of the page. Once inside, click on "Order Status/Tracking" to view your orders.

Placing your order by phone

If you are placing your order over the phone and don't have access to a computer, ask our customer service representative who is helping you for a receipt. We can either fax or mail it to you. In addition, you can also print out the receipt directly online by logging in to "My Account", then click on "Order Status/Tracking" and then on the appropriate order number for your order.

If you've already placed the order, and didn't get a receipt, send us an email at service@Wrapables.com. Include your name, order number, phone number, and fax number or address.
