    How do I join?
    If you are an existing customer of Wrapables and wish to join the Rewardables program, simply login and go to the My Account - Rewardables section at the bottom of the page to enroll into the Rewardables program. You can also access your rewards details and any special offers in this section.

    If you do not have an existing Wrapables account and wish to enroll in Rewardables, simply go to our registration page to create an account and make sure to check "Sign me up for the Rewardables rewards program!"

    How do I check my points balance?
    You must log into your account to see your points balance. At the bottom of the page, you will see the "Rewardables" section. Click on the link to access your Rewards Account.

    Can I earn points for orders placed prior to becoming a Rewardables member?
    Points are awarded for purchases made after you become a member of Rewardables. Sign Up today and start earning points for your purchases.

    Why was my last order not reflected in my points balance?
    Please allow up to 48 hours or two (2) business days for your points to be reflected on your account. Your newly earned points will then be shown under "Points Pending".

    If you feel that your points have been inaccurately reflected, please contact Wrapables Customer Service at service@wrapables.com.

    When are my points available to use?
    Points are available to redeem after 30 days. Your 'Points Pending' will be in your 'Current Available Points' in your Rewardables Account.

    When is my Rewards Certificate available to redeem?
    "Current Available Points" from your Rewardables' account can be redeemed for Rewards Certificates. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the exclusive code for your Rewards Certificate.

    What are the advantages of becoming a Rewardables member?
    As a member of Rewardables, you will earn points for purchase(s) made from Wrapables.com. Points are redeemable for Wrapables.com certificates and can be used to purchase any of the thousands of gifts on Wrapables.com.

    In addition, you will receive exclusive discounts and offers only for Rewardables members.

    How much does it cost to become a rewards member?
    Nothing! There is no cost to join the Rewardables Program. It is open to all United States residents 18 and older. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

    Are points transferable?
    No. Points are not transferable between accounts. For any special circumstances or questions, please contact Wrapables Customer Service at service@wrapables.com.

    How to opt out of the Rewardables Program? What are the ramifications?
    To opt out of the Rewardables Program, you must first log into your Wrapables account. On the bottom of the Member Center, you will see the "Rewardables" section. From there, you may choose to opt-out of the rewards program.

    Once you opt out of the Rewardables Program, all unused points will be forfeited. If you wish to re-enroll back the Rewardables Program, points will begin at zero.
