Wrapables.com was founded in 2003 by an experienced team of e-commerce and distribution entrepreneurs who have a lifelong passion for home decor and design. Our goal is to create a unique online destination providing creative and distinctive home furnishings. We, like many of you, have continually tried to search for the perfect items to decorate our homes, whether at crafts fairs, boutiques or on vacation but most of the time, we end up going to the same chain or warehouse stores at local malls to make those purchases. With that in mind, we are dedicated to providing distinctive, creative and modern home decor items at affordable prices to enhance your lifestyle, most of which you can wrap as gifts, all here at Wrapables.com!

Our team has been involved in managing successful e-commerce retail operations for nearly a decade which allows us to leverage our e-commerce experience, sourcing capability and fulfillment expertise to provide you with the highest-quality customer experience. We offer a growing selection of home furnishings and accents as well as personal accessories from all over the world and work directly with manufacturers to provide you with the most creative merchandise. Finding Items
Our store is organized into categories for your shopping ease: Home Decor, Bed & Bath and Dining and Entertaining. You can also search for specific products by product name or keywords by typing them into the search box on the upper right hand corner of any page.

Registering
By registering with us as a customer, you will save time and have a more convenient experience. Some of your billing information such as your address are saved so that you won't have to enter them again. You can also track your order status or modify your customer information at any time by logging into your account. Purchasing
After selecting your items, you will be automatically guided through our checkout process. You can at any time click on "View Cart" on the top of any page to view the products which you have selected for purchase. Should you need to increase the quantity of an item, you may enter the new quantity inside the appropriate box for the item, and click "recalculate", and you will see the new quantity and the updated balance of your order. Conversely, you may also remove an item by clicking the checkbox next to the word "remove" and click "recalculate", and you will see that the item removed from your shopping cart.

Should you wish to continue shopping, just click "continue shopping" and you will be directed to the home page. Otherwise, click on the red "check out" button and you will be guided through the easy checkout process. Enter your user name and password to begin the checkout process if you have not already logged in. If you are a new customer, click on "create an account" under "new customer" and you will be guided to create a new account with us.

Once you input your billing and shipping information, click on "continue" at the bottom of the page and you will be brought to the purchase page. On this page, you will do the following:

  • Choose one method of delivery;
  • Enter any gift certificates that you may have. Please enter one gift certificate code at a time, and click on the "apply" button and you will see the gift certificate amount applied to your purchase; and
  • Choose one payment method.

Click on "continue" and you will then be brought to the next page where you will enter your payment information. You will also be prompted to enter the Customer Security Code (CSC) and issuing bank phone number. Once you are done, click on the red "submit order" button at the bottom of the page and your order is received! You will receive an email confirmation within an hour to verify your order.

We have an immediate opening for a bright and talented, people-friendly Customer Service Supervisor who will help lead our team in providing highest standard customer assistance to our valued patrons.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Effective supervision of daily operations of the Customer Service & Order Verification Departments to include training & developing, motivating and evaluating teams on performance metrics
  • Work closely with various internal departments to troubleshoot customer service processing issues
  • Help to maintain both customer satisfaction and phone response service levels by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures
  • Contribute to strategic planning for overall goals to be met within the customer support services teams
  • Identify, test, and implement processing improvements
  • Assists in ensuring cost-per-call and quality standards are met
  • Provides consistent coaching, mentoring and feedback to team members to improve handling of customer transactions, escalations, technical ability, inter-company relations and other situations as they develop
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority responsibilities concurrently, ability to work independently, and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional coaching, leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills a must
  • 2+ yrs of experience managing a 10+ customer service rep team
  • Solid project, time and staffing management skills

We are seeking an Internet Marketing Manager who will help us grow and expand our business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and direct marketing strategies including creation, production, reporting and tracking of email, affiliate, search marketing and display advertising
  • Analyze performance of marketing initiatives and make strategic recommendations based on campaign optimization
  • Analyze, test, recommend, optimize all aspects of our website including keywords, ad copy, landing pages, site organization, email blasts, etc.
  • Use web analytic tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Prepare monthly advertising expense tracking and invoices review
  • Collaborate with web team, IT, product managers and executive management

Qualifications:

  • 2 years + experience in Internet marketing

We are seeking Network/Systems Administrator who will be an important part of our team to help us provide distinctive, creative and modern home decor items to our customers.

We are an Internet company seeking a Network/Systems Administrator responsible for administering and troubleshooting existing network environment, ensuring that performance and availability of the network environment are maintained and all business processes are kept at optimum uptime. The systems/network administrator will also be involved in daily user desktop support. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and possess competitive technical and communication skills to carry out his/her job assignments. The successful candidate is expected to have a minimum of Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To set up, configure, maintain & troubleshoot new and existing system/network environment.
  • To support internal users for resolving computer S/W, H/W, and LAN/WAN related issues.
  • To review systems capabilities and limitations, analyze information systems requirement and make necessary recommendation.
  • To audit applications, system/network security, ensuring availability and continuity of data security.
  • To monitor and fine tune performance at all applications, system/network levels in keeping optimum uptime.

  • Responsible for purchase orders, delivery dates and order tracking
  • Ensure all goods are received in a timely matter & in required condition
  • Identify home decor trends and recommend new products and business opportunities
